We are starting our first fundraiser the students can individually participate in! All fundraising is optional of course, but the more that participate the greater our benefit and the more we can do for your kids! We will be selling coupon books. Attached is a flyer that will be sent home with your student if they choose to participate. Students will be checked out 1 book as an example. If you would like a box of books to take to your office or place of work to sell please communicate with Mrs. Harris or Mr. Watson. Thank you!
Our first family dinner night of the year is set for Thursday September 27th at the Panda Express on Herndon and Fowler. You can take the flyer to the store any time that day and 20% of what you spend on your meal will come back to help out the instrumental music program here at Clark.
Even if you can’t attend yourself you can help by spreading the word: print it, post it, pass it, email it, anything helps.
We are doing something new this year! Our Spring Concert on May 31st will be on Clark’s campus and we will be inviting food vendors to come out and make it a fun event for the family. Performances will take place outside in the quad and we will feature every one of our performing ensembles.

We will be starting our second round of selling Worlds Finest Chocolate Bars. Students can check out a box of chocolate to sell from Mrs. Harris or Mr. Watson any time. Once a student checks out a box they are financially responsible for the entire box, $60. Turning a partially sold box is not acceptable. Profit is $30 for every box sold.
We will have Top Seller prizes
1st place: $200 cash
2nd place: $150 cash
3rd place: $100 cash
In addition to our top seller prizes we will also be having a drawing. For every two boxes you sell you name is entered once into the drawing, i.e. if you sold 8 boxes your name would be in the drawing 4 times.

Selling will last until we have no more boxes to sell, we have approximately 150 boxes left to sell.
