We need parent help: drive two box trucks for our equipment, chaperone students on the buses, chaperone students in groups when they have an hour free in the fair, and donations of snacks and waters for the kids.

Location: Clovis North High School

Times:   Concert Band

8:10am – Meet in the Band Room, dressed ready to go.

              8:30am – Depart Clark for CNHS

              8:50am – Arrive at CN High School and check in.

              9:30am – Watch other bands perform.

              10:30am – Warm Up

              10:50am – Performance time

              11:50pm – Bus departs CN HS to return to Clark.

12:30pm – Arrive back at Clark, eat lunch, and return to class.

Symphonic Band – Clovis North High School

Times:  Symphonic Band *Please pack a sack lunch to eat before leaving for festival*

11:30am – Meet in the Band Room, eat you lunch, get dressed and ready to go,

12:10pm – LOAD BUS

              12:15pm – Depart Clark for CNHS

              12:45pm – Arrive at CN High School, check in, get on stage for warm up.

              1:00pm – Warm Up

              1:45pm – Performance time

              2:15pm – Watch other bands perform.

4:15pm – Bus departs CN HS to return to Clark.

4:45pm – Arrive back at Clark.

CHS Area Showcase – During School – Symphonic Band Only

Date: Wednesday, March 1, 2023

Dress: Band Uniform: Uniform Polo, black pants, black belt, long black socks, black dress shoes

Location: Clovis High School Gym

Times:  8:00 AM – All symphonic band students get dropped off by parents at Clovis High School

                             -Report to the CHS Band Room to store belongings and instrument cases.

8:15 AM – Warm Up in the South Gym

8:50 AM All 6th grade band students should arrive to CHS and sit in their assigned bleachers.

9:00 AM Band showcase begins!

-Clark bands, Clark Jazz Band, CHS Jazz Band and CHS combined bands will each play 1 piece.

10:00 AM – Band showcase is done, pack up load bus and return to Clark for the remainder of the school day
